Delivery Information:
We do deliver to both Business Addresses and Residential Addresses, however Business Address that is occupied continuously between 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday is preferred. Carriers are required to obtain a proof-of-delivery signature.
Please note: additional delivery fees will apply to residential address.
We use transport companies to deliver to Sydney Regional and interstate areas. For order that's on pallets, forkift on customer's site is recommended, otherwise we can arrange a tailgate lift truck to bring the pallets down to ground floor. (addtional cost applies) Please inform us during ordering.
Carrier delivery to ground floor ONLY, as they do not go upstairs, into shop or house as they are not insured to do so.
