Returns and Exchange Policy

We do ask our customers to choose very carefully on the website, and confirm the order details before payment is made. As generally we do not provide refund.

If you decide to return stock within 7 days of receiving it, we will charge 15% restocking/handling fee with returned stock. It must be unopened, unused and in its original package. Bethel Shopfitting World will issue a store credit to be used for future purchase.

Faulty, Lost, Damaged or Wrong Item Received

At Bethel Shopfitting World, we do our best to make sure that our items are in new good condition before dispatching them. However, if you find that the items sent to you are wrong, faulty or damaged, please send an email to sales@bethelshopfitting.com.au before returning the faulty item. We will try our best to troubleshoot the problem first before determining if the items needed to be returned at all. All Items returned will be examined before refund is made. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items returned were found not faulty or damaged as claimed.

Items on Sale

When items are on sale or clearance, we do not accept refund or exchange or return.
